Golf 5 GTi K04 upgrade help needed

I do want to go the full 9 yards to do it properly its just that I can only do it in stages and I need my car running lol

The price I got quoted on was R12500 (remember I'm from South Africa lol) and local agents want over R30000..
So I think the price i got isn't bad..

Local tuning company told me the K04 will fit straight onto my car with no mods to make it work and all I'll need is the S3 oil feed pipe, dv relocation and software? Then the car can run again? He didn't say that I need tp do injectors or anything else immediately?

What's your guys opinions on that? And i already have a 76mm dp,  so will it just bolt onto the K04?

Yup, you don't need s3 injectors or an uprated  hpfp to run the k04 on your car but you'll be limited to around 280 hp.
Can I suggest you PM Jake aka danishmkvgti as I recall he did this upgrade on his wife's car.

ok, I just noticed you only have 8 posts. You need at least 10 to enable the PM function so add a couple of post and you'll be good to go.

you  can get by with K04, DV relocation and run it like that, it won't harm the engine, but ideally you'll want the S3 injectors as well and a map.
