Another vote for Autosol here.............always brings my Milltek tip up a treat! :pomppomp:

I wouldn't bother with the stock exhaust pipes
They are mild steel and will start to rust again almost immediately.

On mine we sanded them and then went through about 4 or 5 different stages of metal polishing to get them back up
They went horrible again after a few weeks even when coated in a hi-temperature wax.

JUNNYAK47:
Autosol metal polish for the win!

Jack_gti:
Deffo autosol.

I still have the stock exhaust tips, but what I do, is after every drive yep, every drive I take a damp microfiber towel and wipe the insides of the tips, and use a dry microfiber towel right after to each tip to buff em clean - They look perfect

Getting them looking perfect in the first place is a different story... 0000 steel wool, P21S Polishing soap, and elbow grease
