Got a bigger problem now...I'm glad the race has been postponed. My clutch started slipping while doing logs yesterday so I'll leave the pump problem for now. First I thought that I have no grip because it was really wet and that the wing creates so much drag that I could barely reach the end of fifth gear. But today on dry tarmac it was clear, the clutch is gone.

I really need some help to get the latest revision OEM clutch for DSG 6 DQ250. Anyone can help with the code? Is the Golf VII R DSG clutch compatible?

Only from the 7R, since the 7.5R has a DQ380 with 7 speeds. You'll need to get a new shims kit to put the new clutches with the factory slack. Check the video on the 3:15 time.

Thanks a lot man!  :happy2:

Do you know if the shims kit comes with 02E398029C?
I still don't know if I have a clutch or mechatronics problem. Now it slips, goes in N and jerks on R an first gear. I'm suspecting the mechatronics now, but I've called one of the best DSG specialists and he told me that we should see errors on VCDS for mechatronics and that I could have too much oil in the gearbox.

After I've taken out 1L DSG oil, the car behavior is a lot better but I've found metal filings in it shining on the sun.
I've decided to change the clutch pack, oil and filter as soon as possible so I'll have some time for at least 200-300 km of city driving before the race.

Nothing gay about that wing, it's a track car  :happy2:

Spacers - yuk, hate them.  Research 'scrub radius'  :happy2:  Always better to do proper TT wide track with arms than throw spacers on

Fuel pump - what HPFP do you have?  How old is it?  Could be a dying LPFP.  Pop the HPFP out and smell the oil that gathers in the chain cover casing.  If it smells of raw gas, the HPFP piston seal has gone.   The trouble is VCDS only measures pressure, not flow, but as your pressure is down 20 bar, it's not looking good  :ashamed:
As Shoduchi said, see what the short term lambda is on hard boost.  If it's pegged out at +25%, time for a new pump.

Good luck with the clutch pack.  Your hard track work is killing your hardware  :happy2:
