Okay so got some pics of them on the car... Ignore the dirt, I haven't had a chance to clean it this week with the dump weather.

I want to get some 3mm or 5mm spacers for the rears so Il be selling my 10mm and 12mm hubcentric spacers and wheel bolts as they don't fit on the front with these wheels... Might try the 10mm on the rears but think it will touch the rear arch.

The pics make the car look higher than it is in person too.

And now I've got these fitted i want to get the lowers all colour coded £££ :rolleye:

Cheers

Like the Super T's Alex, combination that works really well  :happy2:

You've got the height just about perfect. My Audi's sitting like this, wish I did the same with my MK5 tbh but I bottled daily stance back then                    :ashamed:

Been doing some little things over the last week or so.

Swapped the standard hazard button for the dark cherry version (ebay) looks abit nicer imo...

Also got the matt chrome tipped window switches on to match the headlight switch and the mirror switch I did a while ago. The old window switches had worn through so they were white  did the passenger side too... and yes Ignore the dust

And got some new car mats for xmas and a GTI foot rest so got them in...

Also got my hands on a black coolant cap and then ordered the wrong size washer bottle cap so I just sprayed my old washer bottle cap black to match

And lastly got a gloss black VW badge for the front and topped all the fluids up..

Only thing is now I think the GTI badge stands out a bit too much and I don't want to spray it fully black. So i was thinking of getting the black one with a thin silver outline from online as its only a few quid if I prefer it solid silver

Looking at getting the car detailed soon after ive got the bumpers colour coded so any recommendations nearby (Berkshire) and il give them a look

Not been on here for a while... got hold of a genuine ed30 rear end off another member on here  :happy2: and got that all fitted up while getting the front lip painted and side skirts painted up. Also got the rear centre section of the ed30 rear painted in gloss black.

only got some phone pictures but you get the idea.

car looks a bit squife on this angle

And got a bead on the other day...

getting the car detailed and sealed in the next month or so, so should sheet the water off nicely as I get a lot of dust on my car when its parked at work.

That's pretty much it, just been cleaning the car and enjoying it. looking forward to the summer with this car tbh.

Haven't posted on this for a while, ordered some brake discs and pads for both the front and back, and braided lines and fluid on the way. Nothing too fancy as cant justify the cost for all the parts and repainting etc for what I use the car for (daily) and I don't track it.

Mtec c hook with anti corrosion coating on them  :happy2: also got EBC yellow stuff pads as they were on offer.

Got some of the uprated sub frame bolts in an attempt to fix a knocking im getting although I've now realised its not the sub frame and its one of my top mounts so that will get done soon... still going to fit them anyway as I have them.

Not much going on other than that. Got some other things I want to do this year like get the intake manifold cleaned after seeing some other members pictures, maybe go stage 2+ if I can find a down pipe hpfp and IC for the right price. But just enjoying it as I want to atm.

Better chuck in a recent pic or two...

Cheers  :drinking:
