Just changed my cam follower

I realised it's been 100,000 miles nearly since I last changed my cam follower 

The last time I did it was at 100k, I've I'm just coming up to the 200k mark so thought balls, I better get that done.

I've not done it myself before but it didn't look hard, and was simple enough!
