Charlie has sent me an explanation and he's happy his dyno is working as it should be. He did 9-10 cars yesterday.

Also if it was wrong and my figs are 20% out, that means I only have ~ 260bhp!!!

I'd be amazed if that was the true figure.

That plus Revo / Forge / Milltek bits losing me bhp instead of piling it on!

It goes well tho

Hurdy's old car (now mine) fully setup to Stage 2+ on Friday.

Nice torque figure and feels lovely and smooth.

Regards
Matt

looks like a dip midrange, do you have the RS4 fuel pressure valve fitted?

Over the top mod list ;o)

I do not believe so mate, though I haven't REALLY tracked down all the mods that Hurdy left.

That said, I stick to my original statement - I don't think I do. Just uprated fuel pump.

iirc Hurdy did have a RS4 valve fitted when he owned the car.
Being that it's in an awkward position to install/remove, my guess is he left it in place when he sold the car to you...
Without traction power is nothing!

Hmm maybe then. All I can add is that I've asked him a few times at length and all we could come up with as still being on the car was the Forge Actuator - because again its not worth going after.

Cheers John.

Prob for the best as I already have an RNS510, Coilovers, Rear Brakes, ARB, WALK and Bluetooth sat in the garage waiting to be fit. Oh and highline dash on its way, and redundant MFSW buttons (for now.)

What I'm saying is, one less thing to worry about!!!

Barometric pressure is something i see time and time again come up on dynos and can clearly needs looking at by the operator...in simple terms, 1 unit of barometic pressure is equal to 30feet elevation in aviation terms.....PDT will explain better than i can about how this effects the dyno as thats his speciality   but if the pressure was set as low as 980 compaired to what is archived which was say 1015 regional at thats given time and date (this is very close to an ISA 1013 setting or 29.92 in mercry/In) then we are talking 35 unit difference.......which is 1050 feet in total difference......thats like huge! que Dave @PDT to follow this on........
