OMG anyone tried Daves Ghost pepper sauce?
« on: December 05, 2012, 01:32:38 pm »
I'm used to fairly hot currys come curry night :)  Vindaloos / Phals etc.

But this Ghost pepper is in a different league of hot... need plenty of :drinking: to cool you down.

Buyer beware.

Anyone tried it?  Or found something hotter?
I've got a few dried Naga chilies to try out sometime too, but the way this pepper sauce adds heat I think the bottle will last years, lol.

I've tried this. Was absolutely insane and only had a dot on the end of my finger! .
I know a guy who thought he was a hard nut and put some in a shot glass. Was soon on the floor!

LMAO yeah it's toasty stuff... and it's curry night tonight!  Don't think I'll put much in though... the heat just builds and builds - plenty of Stella helps.

Some funny vids on Youtube with people taking teaspoons of it, but a shot glass!!! OMFG...  :signLOL:

I haven't tried anythin like that. Can't hack anything mildly hot but someone made some chocolate cornflake cakes at work which were laced with something called Blair's Death Sauce or something similar. Seeing as I work with a load of pigs it was funny watching those who just took a big bite out of one.

My wife drinks the stuff, she pours it on everything. It's a standing joke with the kids as we all try to find the hottest sauce for her and nothing has beaten her yet. If I even smell the stuff I can feel my a*se starting to bleed!

The other contender according to my good lady is Bushmans Chilli Co. sauces. We get there stuff sent over from SA by a mate but I believe you can order online direct from them...

Try the Bushmans Dynamite Chilli Sauce. Although its only for hardcore peeps like my lunatic misses.  :chicken:

^^^^ also check out the shops in the Marina as there's a Chilli shop there too although not as mad as the stuff in the ChilliPepperPete shop. We're usually down there once every couple of months.

Wifey also reminded me of another one, not the hottest but does have the best name....
