Looking really mean mate! If it was a different month I'd jump on that Milltek. Out of curiosity, what did you pay for the exhaust to be fitted? I've started using a VW specialist in Bristol but have outright said they dont fit parts unless bought from them  :chicken:

Hello buddy ... Not the cheapest mod in the world  but I always wanted to do it ....only paid around £40 to get it fitted on top of the cost of the exhaust

Are you able to post the exhaust?  And do you still have the rear bumper/valance?

Hi everyone
just a small update as i do ...decided to get a bit of maintenance done..first of all decided to get the sump off   and get the oil pick up pipe inspected and cleaned ....on inspection of the oil pick up pipe is was clean..But glad i had it looked at for peace of mind though...so replaced with fresh castrol 5w-40

Also ordered another set of 10mm H&R 10mm spacers for the rear ...it looks right now front and Back...

For what reason would you put spacers on. Just curious.

HI...had to put spacers on the front to clear the R32 Brakes....it just made sense putting them on the back to make everything look right.....

No issues with handling? I've heard this can have a negative effect on the handling when you change the track.

Where did you get them from?

I'm saving for a remap but not done a mod for a while so i'm getting itchy feet!

Hi rippers.....no issues with handling at all you can't tell they are their...I have run spacers on all my cars over the past 5 years and have had no problems ...with a wider wheel track and a good suspension setup your onto a winner....also looks so much better than stock..

I brought these from PSI TUNING great company...

as for the remap I guess your going to r-tech?

That's good to know, I'll check out PSI. I'm running H&Rs on OEM shocks at the moment. Hopefully that will be good enough.

As for the remap I'm lucky being based in Essex I have AMD, Revo and a host of local smaller tuning garages that can produce some good results. I'd like to get as close to 300bhp on a KO3 as I can. RS4 fuel valve, induction kit (installed), miltek or BCS power valve exhuast all contributing.

I've brought mine back from the brink, but there's always more
